1. Use of the Service

By accessing the KiltCraft Guide and purchasing our kits, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Scotland and your local jurisdiction.

2. Intellectual Property

The interactive guide, video content, measurement calculators, and proprietary "Kilt in a Box" branding are the property of Scottish Highland Kilts. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use these for personal, non-commercial kilt-making purposes.

3. User Submissions

When you share photos of your completed work, you grant us the right to display these on our "Wall of Makers" and in marketing materials to inspire other community members.

4. Limitations of Liability

We provide instructions to the best of our ability. However, we are not responsible for any personal injury (e.g., needle pricks) or damage to materials caused by misuse of the tools or failure to follow safety guidelines provided in the guide.

5. Returns and Refunds

Kits can be returned in their original, uncut condition within 30 days for a full refund. Once the wool fabric has been cut or marked, the kit is no longer eligible for return.
